NAME... Ravenpaw
AGE... 9 moons old
GENDER... Male
CLAN... LeopardClan
POSITION... Apprentice
SPECIES... Black Leopard
APPEARANCE...Just like any other leopard cub, he is of normal size for a cub. He has a good body length, medium sized legs, and large round paws. His tail is just smaller than his body and his head somewhat rounded with good sized ears ending in a rounded shape.
What is different about him is the spots in his pelt that only show on his forehead, flanks and his tail. He will probably never outgrow that, considering that his mother and father had the same patterns in there pelts.
His eye color is a dull golden around the edges, and gradually fading into a light gold, almost a pale yellow. He likes his eye color and say it makes him feel unique compared to other leopards.
PERSONALITY...A Tentative Heart:For as young as he is, he knows much hardship and pain. He has much love to give cats, but he is terrified of being hurt again. He keeps himself closed off, keeping most emotions inside or to himself. He refuses to show any signs of sadness, anger or even disappointment. He tries his hardest to keep his heart shielded from the rest of the world and puts himself before others. He had deep trust issues and will not be a good friend in the beginning. He wants time to judge a character before he makes his way to being friends with someone. He hopes, somewhere deep down in his heart, to be more open.
The Overachiever:Since his father had gotten the idea that he will never be good enough to do anything into his head, he strives to be better than himself and anyone else. He wants to prove to himself and everyone that he can and will survive on his own if he ever had to. If he doesn’t do something right at first, he will keep trying and pushing himself to his limits to perfect what he was trying to do. He will stay up late working on a single move or skill to make sure he has it down and can use it to the best of his abilities.
A Longing Soul:Though he tries hard to succeed and to be better than he was the day before, he has only one wish in his life; he wishes he could have the family he has always wanted. He wants nothing more to do with sorrow, failure and pain, but wants to feel joy and happiness and the love of a father who really cares for him. He has vowed to himself many times that he will become a much better father for his cubs and will encourage them to be great, rather than putting them down with rude comments and lack of support.
HISTORY...Ravenpaw was one of two cubs born to Silver and Dragon. His sister, Luna, was the weaker of the two cubs and soon died after birth due to complications with her breathing. Her parents tried as hard as they could to keep her alive and keep her strong, but nothing helped. After his beloved sister’s death, he noticed a big change in his father. His father avoided him more, never spoke to him and growled at him whenever he came near him.
His mother was the one to train him, teaching how to hunt, barely, and basic fighting skills. As he improved, his father looked down on him, always muttering that he would never be good at anything. As he turned five and a half moons, his father attacked him, trying to kill him in front of his mother to prove to her that Raven would never survive on his own. His mother had jumped into the fight and managed to get her cub away from him. His father hissed at her and growled that he should have been the one to die and not Luna, that he was the reason for his sister’s death and that he would never be his son. Dragon left a moon after his attack on his own cub, vowing that his son was going to die soon.
His mother protected him with her life after his father had left. She always told him that he would be a wonderful cat when he grew up, despite what he was always told by his father. She was sadly killed by another leopard just a little bit after he had turned seven moons old. With his heart broken and nowhere to go, he wondered through over different terrain till he found LeopardClan.
