MOMMA'S BOYS CAN BE MANLY TOO...
NAME... Brightkit

SPECIES... African Lion
APPEARANCE...Though not as light blond as other white lions, Brightkit is a light dirty-blond color with caramel-brown lowlights and snowy white highlights scattered throughout his pelt. His kit-like soft coat is fluffed and thick, making him look a little fatter than he is. Actually he looks like a furry tick; but his small bodice itself is unhealthily thin, gangly, and built to be muscular - if he lives that long. He's smaller than his brother, though the same length and just as touchy about what others say in regards to his appearance.
In stark contrast to his light colored coat is his dark brown eyes. Instead of being the golden color most lions have, or the startling and uncommon color of his brother Stormkit's orbs, Brightkit's pools are a deep, thick brown with flecks of almost black throughout. They're bright and expressive, often betraying his thoughts and feelings when he would prefer them to stay more private.
He does, however, share his brother's slightly over-sized ears and only wishes to share in his thin fur. During the summer he feels like he might be melting into a pool of liquid kit.
PERSONALITY...Brightkit is really a bundle of contradictions. Cute, fluffly little contradictions that have other lions chasing their tails trying to understand him. Though Brightkit loves nothing more than sparring and fighting with his brother, tumbling around and fighting, he isn't a fan of violence and often tries to disengage himself with Stormkit takes things too far. Though this being said, if anyone insults him or a sibling, Brightkit hobbles his furry little self over to the offender faster than they can say 'just kidding' and will give them a scrap they'll never forget. He will almost always apologize later, but in the moment he takes no trash from anyone, nor will he let one of his loved ones.
Also very loving, Brightkit tends to latch on and shadow everyone who gets into his heart, though if he's the one being followed he absolutely despises it. He will do anything possible to lose a tail, even if it means putting himself and his follower in danger. As this tends to be his brother, however, he never has to look far. Stormkit tends to be right where the danger is, and it doesn't take long before Brightkit can get him distracted by something else.
Not a fan of the way his brother can weasel out of anything while he tends to be a horrible liar and smooth-talker, Brightkit is a big baby. He hates anyone thinking little of him or letting someone down, and as such is the biggest momma's boy you've ever seen in a male kit. Since adopted by Willow, he only lets her out of his sight when he's sleeping. Of course, have anyone approach that topic and say such a thing he would whop them a good one for saying he was anything but tough and independent. But give it five minutes; as soon as he was done fighting then apologizing, he'll be running off to Willow to whine and cry about feeling bad for trying to hurt someone.
He has high hopes in Lionclan, and he's ambitious and willing to do the work. Though he's not a fan of competition at all, meaning he will probably never get anything more higher or important than warrior. But at the moment he's not thinking about the fact he'll likely need to compete against others - his brother included - to be somebody important. All he's focused on is getting somewhere good and staying there.
