In the city of Truslinia, stories have been passed down from generation to generations. Stories of a bloody take-over led by the evil male known as Adoltran. He was the god's chosen to destroy the ruling House of the time, the Gastron House. Felines all across Truslinia with darkened hearts rose to the occasion and back Adoltran's dark and malicious vision. They sought power and change from the peace the city had held for as long as any feline could ever remember. Days dragged into weeks and even into months before, finally, Adoltran and his followers killed the Head and Madame of the Graston House, allowing their god, Zerachiel, to banish the former ruling goddess from the lands once and for all.
Generations have passed, this was the story that was told. It has fueled hatred at Adoltran's descendants and the House of Raliette as a whole. The city is swarmed with crime and corruption, the shadows stinking of betrayal. Felines cannot afford to trust one another and they have no idea if even those they fall in love with can be trusted not to kill them in their sleep.
However, these cats still listen, they still hear. They hear dark rumors that Adrastos, the current Head of Raliette is in fact, Adoltran hiding in the skin of all his first born sons and successors in order to watch over the lands and make sure they stay in the vision Zerachiel held. But that is not where the rumors end. They say that there is more to the story than what has been told, that the story has been corrupted itself to fuel the hatred in the city and make the Raliette House and its founder look more diabolical then it really should be.
Felines are starting to ask themselves questions previous generations would never have dared entertain. What was the truth? Was Adoltran the one they shouldn't trust, his god Zerachiel, or both of them? Have they been lied to all these generations and that the truth is better than the lie? What if life under the Gastron House had, in fact, been worse than life under the Raliette House? Could it be possible?
And what if it was? Could they live to comprehend the truth of it?
Life under Raliette is filled with death, blood, pain, and sorrow. Cats take advantage of one another for reasons not limited to greed and lust.
What could be worse than this?
Suddenly every cat agrees on one thing if nothing else: only Adoltran knows the truth.
And, he must be made to talk.
Join the battle, and see if you can handle the changes that are about to unfold.
