A table for Tearstar

Well, since Tearstar is a Clan leader, I feel like I should have a table for him. However, I still haven't learned how to make them, so can someone do it for me? Tearstar is an Asiatic Cheetah. The mood, if there is one, should be sad, as he's a pretty sad guy most of the time. All I ask is for it to have his name and these words:
