appearance...Perhaps you're first impression of driftkit would be his gangly-ness. His slight figure seems to have been taken from dearest mother -- with slim shoulders and a thin body compared to most other lions. His legs appear to be far too long now, even now as a little kit. Constantly, you'll see him tripping over himself, hopefully -- he'll grow into them. Named for the pale bark on the 'driftwood' that washes on the river's shores and is bleached by the sun -- its easy to see why. His pelt is almost the normal shade -- though noticeably lighter in some places, which overall leaves him with more cream-shades on his body than golden-tans. Eyes are just beginning to darken from the birth-blue that all kits have, and seem to be dark and brooding -- chocolate rather than his mother's caramel..
